No feedback from unisa about my graduation

I have recently completed my bachelor of education at unisa.. I called my department and a man named steven declared that my qualifications were completed. He said I should wait till end of Jan for my graduation package to come through. I am still waiting and the sunny side campus does not answer any calls and no one is able to assist me. I am extremely frustrated and don't know who to go to for help. I am working at a school now. But need me certificate as soon as possible.My student number is ***0
