No feedback from UNISA

Good day. I have finished my degree end of last year. I have not heard a word back from the University. I have sent numerous emails to *** as well as to ***, but do not get a reply. When I phone UNISA's toll-free number there is also no answer, after I held the line for longer than 40 minutes. My student number is ***0, if there is anyone who read this and could help me!!
