No feedback for more than a month

<p>I enrolled for two modules of the post-graduate diploma in tertiary education, but upon receiving my study materials via MyUnisa, it became evident that the qualification was intended not for employees of universities or other tertiary education institutions but rather for staff working for the Department of Basic Education!!! I therefore decided to cancel my registration on 13 February using MyUnisa. I queried the status of my deregistration by e-mail on 21 February, 3 March and 15 March but never rececived any feedback other than automated e-mails acknowledging receipt of my queries. I would like a refund of my study fees as I deregistered within the 10 day "cooling off" period following my initial registration. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have completed several qualifications through Unisa and this is the first time that the offering disappointed to such an extent (i.e. course content not as advertised) that I decided to de-register. As an alumnus I am worried about the direction that Unisa is heading in!</p>
