No feedback for months - neither on email nor phonecall

Shocking feedback and communication. have tried calling all numbers numerous times without any answers, simply holding on endlessly. I have sent two emails regarding my query however the only responses I have received are automated responses two case numbers, 19316NX21192 and 19333NX8325. My first email was sent to UNISA on 23 September 2019 and my second on 29 November 2019. Still no feedback. This is disgusting. I would like some feedback regarding my studies.
