No feedback

On 26 October 2015 my dad passed away. I was due to write an exam On 30 October. Obviously I was in no state to concentrate on studies. And that was also the day we planned to have the funeral. I contacted Unisa the first time on 28 October informing them of the situation and requesting a special exam. I forwarded all the required documents to prove the validity of my situation. Since the 28th I have requested a special exam 3 more times as well as sent them numerous emails asking for feedback. Nothing is coming from this. You are playing with my future. Can someone please respond.
