No feedback (***4)

I app**** online due to i am working i cannot go to their offices during the week only only weekend and they are not operating ,i have send a request for an application on the 5th of September 2017 and i then send several requests to ********** to change the qualifications i have selected i still have not received any feedback from them i am worried that the applications will be closing on the 29th Sept 2017 which is what i have advised Unisa but no one seem to care reverting back to me. I am so shocked for such a huge and well known University/Institute to have such poor service.
