No email response or picking up phones of lines.

I cancelled my registration on the 11th of February 2023 and then I app**** for a refund request on the 13th of February 2023. I followed the instruction and submitted all compulsory documents required to Unisa's finance department. After 15 days passed which is the time it takes for Unisa to process a refunds, I emailed and called the finance department tirelessly but there was no response. They don't even answer phones. I feel so frustrated, next week I will lodge a complaint with Unisa Ombudmans.
