No communication from UNISA for anything

Hi I have tried contacting UNISA now for between 3-4 Weeks. I am looking for my old results to apply for a RPL at ICB. Do you think anybody answers? no , Nothing, Nada, no email not online, no tel. Speaking to students they say the same. NO one in UNISA is available for nothing. How are we suppose to work with that? I thought people is back at work past Covid. You cant tell me that UNISA of all places are still all working from home????? Come on!!!
