No communication from UNISA

I emailed the university on the 14th of January to help me with assistance regarding my password for my mylife email account. I moved oversees and do not have access to my old laptop. I need to have access to receive all communication from the university about registration and modules. The registration period is closed and did not received any reply on all of my emails. I am very disappointed in the quality of the admin. I really enjoyed studying with Unisa due to the perks of studying from home. But if this quality of service continue they will definitely loose students. I already paid for the first semester but I don't receive any communication from them. This is a big issue for me.
