NO communication!!!!

I am a student there it is my 4th year, I have been trying to come into contact with them since January, I have lodged formal complaints but still nothing. When I phone I wait 30 minutes to an hour and when the operator does answer, they disconnect the line. I live to far to just visit the campus. Honestly worst experience ever even though some of the lecturers are amazing and try to help they can also just help you so far.
