No Communication and Refund Issues

<p>I have cancelled my modules in August 2016 before the cancelation cut off date, in order to recieve a portion of my money back for the modules cancelled. (Which cost R12 000) I hvae emailed and have got a response eventually by Ms Viljoen referring me to the right department. Tht department has not rep**** to me since January 2017. I do not understand the lack of support to the students. This proves to me that I had made the right move by not continuing my studies through Unisa. Sorry Unisa you are not the institution you udes to be :( Very dissapointed! </p>
