No-Communication and Lack Of Response

I have been unsuccessfully trying to follow up on my application to continue my studies through UNISA. I app**** for Honours qualifications on September 16th 2015 and paid the R300 application fees requested by the university. <br> <br> I have received emails from the University stating that 2 of my applications are in reference and that I would receive further communication before the end of 2015. <br> <br> I was also provided with a link to track the application progress - this however still states that both applications are in reference and has not been updated to advise whether or not I can continue my studies.<br> <br> I have not as yet received any correspondence from the university this year (2016) nor can I contact the registration or application departments on ANY of the numbers that appear on the UNISA website! <br> <br> Furthermore, I have contacted various people at the university, including the ombudsman and have still had no further feedback.<br> <br> Registration has begun and ends in 5 days and yet, still I await feedback! <br> <br> This would be my 3rd degree through UNISA and although communication was always a problem this has been by far the worst! I am very disappointed!
