No communication.

They wanted a higher-quality scan of my ID-document, but never communicated that to me. I never received an email, SMS or phone call regarding that. It was only after the application period had ended (we paid the minimum fee, mind you) that I was able to find out why I wasn't registered.

I called them to find out what I could do about it, since they didn't communicate to me that I needed to upload a higher quality scan of my ID. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes, then a lady — snorting into the phone — told me to reapply next semester. It was their lack of communication, but they made it *my* problem.

DO NOT study through them. You'll just waste your time and money.
