No communication

Poor communication this people send you different statements you don't know which one is accurate I emailed them before registration because I had an enquiry about my registration no answer...I tried contacting them the phone lines are off....registration is done I have not received any answer from them as to how much my registration fee actually is so what the hell am I suppose to do now I only had this 2 year modules and now I'm stuck I mean really
