No Application Feedback since 9 April 2015

I app**** to study at UNISA on 9 April 2015 and received an email with confirmation of my payment of R100.00 with reference number: ***6. <br> The registration for study in the second semester closes in three days and I have still not received an answer if my application was successful or not. I included ALL documentation requested.<br> Will my application ever be processed?!<br> I have tried emailing them and calling but no-one is responding.<br> Is this now a money making scheme that you have to pay R100 and in six months you apply again and pay another R100?<br> Why is no-one getting back to me?!
