No answering of registration phone numbers

I re-registered for the 2015 2nd semester. I paid the deposit on 9 July 2015 and when I called the Finance Department this morning they confirmed they received the money. He transferred me to the Registrations department and also gave me their direct number ***. They did not pick up the phone when I was transferred to their department so I gave it 15 min because it was still before 09:00 and maybe they only open at 09:00. I have been trying the entire day to call them but this number just keeps on ringing and eventually goes dead.<br> <br> I went onto Unisa's web page and got other numbers to call *** is the General Applications and registration queries and *** is for the College of Accounting Sciences. They also just keep ringing with no one answering.<br> <br> I need my registration finalized as I need to edit some of my study units.<br> <br> How is it possible for Unisa to have so many telephone numbers to call, but you can't get hold of them. I even tried the sms line 43578 without any luck.<br> <br> This is a frustration beyond belief, is there no staff that can answer a simple phone.
