NO ANSWER - UNISA

I am a student at UNISA - I would like to know how long I still have left to finish my BCom in Financial Management course. I have sent you an email last year already - 16 July 2019 - to be precise and AGAIN 28 Jan 2020.

I haven't received ANY feedback as yet.

Your TOLL FREE number is no use at all. I have been holding for more than 3 hours and no answer! All your other land line numbers ring once and then goes dead! What use is it to have a contact number but no-one answers! I have been trying since December to get hold of you!

PLEASE CONTACT ME so that I can know if I can still register for 1st semester or if I should stop my current course and start afresh!
