NO ANSWER, NO REPLY, NO SERVICE!!!

<p>Ive been trying for the past month to speak to someone from UNISA to assist me with my degree transfer as I want to study something only UNISA offers but still nothing!</p> <p>Sent an email on Monday, 06 February 2017 and still no response.</p> <p>I call and wait for 10min, someone answers and drops the call.</p> <p>WHY?????</p> <p>How are we supposed to get a qualification if there isnt anyone to assist???</p>
