No answer for Days!

I am unable to register my subjects with Unisa and I am not sure why. I have tried phoning them multiple times sending them mails with no response from them. I do not get feedback and are unable to plan my academic year due to Unisa not being able to provide me with the necessary information needed to plan my year!
