No answer at phone, stiil waiting for textbooks

I am studying at unisa. This is my 3rd year. Our first assignments was due today and I still did not get my text books. The courier company said that unisa did not give it to them yet and after 105 calles no one answered at unisa not even their sms services. Luckily I had internet to do the assignments and get the information. But I pay each semester on time and dont get my study material or any response. They are really making it hard to enjoy studying....
