No Answer

My daughter app**** to study part time through Unisa for her BCom Education foundation phase. Her first assignment should have been submitted on 26th of February 2016. This could not happen due to the fact that she has not received all her books. It says out of stock. We have tried numerous times to contact Unisa regarding this but had no luck. None of the Lectors answer there phones or reply to emails. She have to phone her fellow students only to find that they are also clueless regarding the course. Unisa left me no choice as to write here hoping to get some kind of response soon.<br> <br> The three questions I have is as follow:<br> <br> When will she receive the books that says out of stock?<br> What about the assignments that is due this week?<br> Please explain why they give us contact numbers if nobody answer?<br> <br> We really need URGENT advise on this course and how to survive studying at Unisa when the first trimester is already so challenging.<br>
