No accountability

UNISA’s administration is a mess. They do not respond to emails and never answer calls. Had a bad experience with their SBL team while enrolled for a postgraduate diploma. There are always delays in marking, their system was messed up and students could see each other’s submitted assignments and support staff is always making excuses and not taking accountability for poor communication and service.
