No Access to any of my Study Material!!!

I hope this post gets some attention.<br> <br> I have app**** and paid for my studies IN FULL early in January 2015. ALL of my study material is supposed to be provided via e-mail correspondence sent to my MYLIFE UNISA mail address, which I have NO ACCESS to since the profile wasn't created.<br> <br> E-mails have been sent to my lecturer and both the MyUnisa and MyLife support teams more than a week ago, and I am yet to receive ANY response.<br> <br> This is ridiculous!!!! I am supposed to submit an assignment in 2 months and write my exams at the same time, but each query takes 10 days or more to get a response.<br> <br> FIX IT!!! I've been patient but time is running out and I am NOT paying for studies if I can't view study material or receive study support I paid for!
