no able to answer my questions on the email

in january i enquired about PGCE and i was told that i can qualify to register as long as i have a diploma in Hr provided i add lanuages and if i want register FET and Senior i can also do that without adding languages so now i app**** and got a regret from khuboni so when i ask her questions she reply negatively ,i have sent her so many emails asking her questions so that she can make it clear to me what to do so that i can qualify for PGCE when applying for the next semester but her answers come up negatively and not answering my questions .i am not happy with the service i got from her ,she is the one who makes people to do wrong modules because she doesnt wanna give out information .as a student i want clearity so that i dont mistakes again ,her phone is alays off and she is bitter student no ***7 ml lekgothoane.il be glad if she can come back to me and explain my questions.its urgent
