Neglectful UNISA!!!!

I have been trying since September to get my refund from them and no luck! I have emailed them numerous times and I tried calling I actually got though and spoke to Kenneth I resent my emails to him personally but still no luck! This is really unacceptable and I am going to take this further!!!
