Need information URGENT, NO HELP, NO SERVICE

Forgot my MyUnisa password, needed to reset. Contact details have changed. Telephones ring and ring, emails are not responded to. SMS not responded to. Ombudsman no help at all. NEED INFO FOR A JOB OPPERTUNITY!! Will sue if I loose it because of this incompetence!
