My Unisa fees is nowhere to be found

Dear unisa financial development

I am Modiegi Leitseng Rebecca Malope of student number ********** 5. I was owing unisa R1580.00, when i went to unisa to pay this fee i was told that my debt account has been handed over to the third party i did call the third party and they gave me the banking details and i paid this amount of R1580.00 and fax the proof of payment to them. Since then the third party company never called me and now unisa has blocked myunisa account.

Please help me as soon as possible as i want to continue with my studies
