My certificate is being delayed by a year now!

Last year I enrolled through Unisa to complete a short course. I finished the certificate last year(2021 November). There was an email sent stating that graduation was going to happen this year in April and people that completed their short course would get their certificates on the same date. Ever since I got the graduation email I have not been able to contact Unisa in any way. It is also like buying a product from abroad and then being told that it will get to me in 2 weeks but then the company stops replying to you because it wasn't legit. I am very upset with the Univesity because now the plans that I had with the certificate are not being delayed and will be forfeited. I desperately need it, for the jobs I app**** for, I app**** to multiple jobs thinking I will get the certificate on the day that it was supposed to be sent but then the companies then stopped getting back to me and the vacancy spot I had got occupied by other people that wanted the job. I ended up looking like a fool and a ****. I really need this certificate as soon as possible. I also kept on going to the Main campus for a whole week straight but they kept on telling me different stories. On the first day, I went and they told me the science building is closed( Computer Science), the second day I was told that there is load shedding so I should come back the next day, the third day I was told to go to another campus which is almost 2 hours away from the one I was at, fourth day I was told to go to another campus which was 5 minutes away however when I got to that campus I was told that there was a strike going on and no one is working. I felt like I was being played that week because of the amount of money my father used on petrol to go to the campus for nothing. None of the contact numbers work and no one replies to emails. The university is really not professional and I would not recommend anyone to enroll.
