MOST TERRIBLE LEARNING INSTITUTION EVER!!

Very disgusted with the service of UNISA. They are quick to send e-mails regarding money outstanding that is however not outstanding but cannot get response from any of the e-mails or phone numbers. I wrote exam last semester and now are being told that I did not wright a certain subject. My fees are also incorrect. Still did not receive my study material for which I paid for. The tracking nr supp**** by them does not exist and so the line of problems goes on. Does anybody still work there as salaries are still being paid but nobody seems to be working there.
