In my entire existence this is the worst experience that I have ever had on any learning platform. The courses there are said to be 4 hours at most, but the system is so slow that each unit (There are 6 units) takes at least 6 hours. Each assessment of 20 questions takes at least two hours to complete because every click returns an error. You wait literally over 10 minutes for the next question to load, if it ever loads.

I understand the need for interactive learning, but this was the worst designed in my opinion. The first two units of "Academic integrity" were full of repetitions and spelling errors. The interactive points are not consistent, on one you are required to type "true" or "false", on another you are required to type other phrases like "acceptable" or "unacceptable", on another you need to type something else, and they are case sensitive. You have to learn how to use the system at the same time you are trying to learn the actual content, and every page is different.

It was hard to focus on the actual content because the attempt at making it interactive only made it all over the place. Also, why make it interactive on a platform that cannot handle traffic? I dreaded every minute of it.

Some sort of a progress bar as you are progressing on a particular unit is an absolute must have.
