Money making scheme, Poor service and ignoring students

From the 11th to the 14th of October 2021, we were writing exams and during this week there was load shedding in South Africa. Most of us we had problems with network connections and we had problems during our exams and some people couldn't submit their exams on time.

When we went to Unisa explained out problems even those who couldn't submit their papers. Unisa told us that there is nothing they can help us with if we could submit we shouldn't make it their problems. We were writing SSD3601 on the 14 of October 2021
