Modules Disappeared into thin air and not accessible

I have been trying to submit my assignments on the Unisa portal since from 16:00 p.m. today. Unfortunately my modules are not appearing but there is an error below: Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: You must acquire a lock on the course ID before calling inner_build_course_cache + I have sent an email to the course lecturers, help @Unisa and even phoned the helpline and held on for more than 34 minutes. +***0 (External) Outgoing 34m 31s 18:57 I have just missed out on my assignment MNG3701.: I am ready to cry as a working mother. It was so much better when you had to mail. Unfortunately I will not be able to write the exams since I did not submit the assignment. This is so frustrating and I really hope they will assist me. Submitting a complaint is like drawing water from a stone. I have submitted the assignment hoping the lecturers will mark it since I could not submit it on the portal.
