Module cancellation.

On the 06.07.2022,I requested for 3 of my module to be removed so that I could add 3 more modules. By the 18th of July,I realised that my request was not actioned, I visited UNISA Florida and requested, that the cancellation to not be carried out and I also sent an email to CTCETenquiries on the 22nd of July.

I received a statement with funds credited back to my account on the 8th of Sept confirming that the modules have been cancelled,

A few weeks before exam dates and contacted your contact centre, I was told I could not add the modules back since registration is closed.

The intention of the cancellation was to add other modules but I cannot do that since it took UNISA two months to action my request.

The issue is that the cancellation was done two months later after I requested for cancellation to be not carried out

and I am unable to add any of the modules I intended to add as the registration has been closed.

I assumed that my request was carried out, I even submitted the assignments of the registered modules.
