Misleading course information and pathetic service from UNISA (masters programme IOP)

I completed both my undergraduate and honours degree through UNISA. I registered for my masters in industrial psychology this year (full dissertation). I found out by chance when i asked my appointed supervisor a question that I wont be able to register as a industrial psychologist with the HPCSA after completion. This was not made clear on the UNISA website. They have small print on the department website where students don't usually go when researching courses. Now they dont want to refund my registration fees that I have paid upfront! This is ridiculous, they have not spent an ounce of time on me, so why can't they refund the R4200?? This is very misleading as I am sure alot of students did not know about this. What is the point of a master's degree if you can't register afterwards?? I have not had a proper response from them. They are now ignoring me. They claim that you can escalate any matter to the dean, but this has not happened. I want a resolution and my money bac****
