Misinformation

Good day,i am a student with Unisa and my bursary is paid by my organization but because any organizational processes are slow i decided to pay for my tuition in advance,now I've been waiting for a full refund from Unisa for close to 2 months and they always shower me with nothing but problems when i enquire about my refund,on the refund it is clearly stated that a refund takes 15 working days but at their branches you are told it takes 6 months.They are misinforming their students or there is some non truth they are not telling or simply they do not want to give me my money,my student number is ********** 6 and my tel no. ********** 300, Thanks Regards Frustrated student K.H.Mhlauli.
