Misconduct, poor communication and disregard for students

I have been desperately trying to get hold of UNISA via email and telephonically. I have been trying daily since the beginning of January without success. My application (done in October 2025) for 2026 remains pending, still having to be processed. The 3 month period has passed with no communication. This is misconduct on the University's part. There is very little time remaining to register for modules. I do not wish to skip a semester or a year because of incompetence and a complete disregard for paying students.
