Miscommunication

In the month of August 2015 I had phoned the Pretoria branch Unisa to enquire about the registration for my Honours <br> Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology. The lady who had answered the phone in the Administration department<br> Said that the registration for Post Graduate students will be closed on the 13 November 2015 Friday.<br> <br> I took a day off in the month of September I went to the Ghandi Square branch to register for my Honours, <br> I was told that I need to bring along my academic records with me and also I need to scan all my documents on the disc.<br> Having taken day off there was no way that I will come the following day, so the lady at Ghandi told me that the closing date for the<br> Postgraduate students are on the 13 November 2015.<br> <br> On the 10 November 2015 I went to Florida branch as we were instructed by Ghandi branch that we need to go there, thought that they had a technical problem <br> With their systems.<br> <br> I went to enquire at the Registration Hall from the lady who was assisting under EMS faculty, she told me that I will have to do undergraduate course in psychology only the 1'st year.
