MAY 2020 REMARK RESULTS WITHELD, NO RESPONSE FROM THE UNIVERSITY

Unisa declares in its service charter that the university strives to honour its obligation of excellent service towards all students gives a great deal of regard to attend to student dissatisfaction and to ensure redress thereof, however all this is not evident. I wrote my final module (MAC3702) in May 2020 and was granted a supplementary. I app**** for a remark which according to their provisions takes approximately two months to complete and provide an outcome. I started doing follow-ups in October TO DATE (through calls, emails and sms's) for which I have all the evidence, but no one bothers to respond. I have missed out on studying in S2 because my results are withheld. it is not another semester, a new academic year and still no one is letting me know what is going on. Registration will be closing soon and my application for a new qualification is still pending the outcome of this remark. I am frustrated and do not know which other manner of communication should I use to get assistance. No contact appointments can be made due to COVID-19 which then leaves us students with communication portals such as emails, calls and sms, however these are not serving me in any way. THIS IS THE ONLY MODULE OUTSTANDING FOR ME TO OBTAIN MY QUALIFICATION AND PURSUING OTHER FUTURE ENDEAVOURS.
