Master Degree Dissertation - 1 year later and still waiting for UNISA.

I am (was) a masters degree student at the school of computing UNISA. I have handed in my dissertation in Jan 2019. It is a year later and I still do not know when I will be graduating. Does it take a year to mark a Masters degree dissertation? Will not consider UNISA for my Ph.D. They just lost a loyal student.
