Making a pragnant woman Que for hours

am shocked to the services that i got from UNISA at Guandi square as a pregnant lady who is 6 months pregnant on the 07/07/2013 and today 13/07/2013 when went the to register i was made to Que on the line for almost 2 hours even though they can see my condition that i cant stand long but the people who we ask information from and the securities are very rude made me Que even today i had to Que again regarding the confirmation letter of registration which they can also see my situation ,tried to explain to them but they laughed at me how rude is thet, next time will never set a foot in Unisa in Guandi Square am very disappointed to how i was treated
