Locked out of registrations !

I am so disappointed with unisa, i app**** to switch my degree from accounting to education which will only be effective from 2019 as the new registrations open in January

However , i have been locked out of registrations again ! i have app**** to switch degrees so i don't understand how i can get locked out when I've passed all the subjects I've taken , why didn't they notify me ?? now I'm sitting here not knowing how to get registered for the year when i clearly app**** to have the degree changed. How is it possible for this to be done again to me ? ?
