Library fine paid into school account

I have been to the UNISA branch called several times and no one has correctly allocated the credit balance in my school fees account into the library fine paid.<br> <br> It has been over two weeks and I ma getting very frustrated as I have not been able to see my results even though I have paid.<br> <br> Student Number : 5018 114 9
