Lazy, ***********, unprofessional slugs

I read for my honours degree at Unisa. I now have an opportunity to for further postgraduate study in the US, but they want my transcript from Unisa. You'd think a month would be long enough for them just to email it off to them as requested. You'd be wrong. Every email and follow-up email has been ignored. I might miss this opportunity thanks to the lazy, ***********, unprofessional slugs at Unisa.
