Lake of accountability from UNISA

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the final mark I received for LJU4801. I have been a dedicated student at UNISA since my first year nad have never encountered any issues until now. Unfortunately, this situation has caused significant distress. I received a final mark of 10%, which is clearly incorrect. Upon contacting the department, I was informed that my final portfolio is not marked, I need urgent clarity on what happened to it. This is my final year, and this issue is jeopardizing my ability to graduate. I have sent multiple emails seeking assistance, but I have not received any response or support. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and accountability.
