Lack of service & communocation

I tried calling Unisa offices to speak to someone with regard to student application & registration instead of getting an automated computer reponse. I was on the phone holding the line for 1 and half hour and still didn't get to speak to someone. Any communocation you semd them via mail only gets answered after a month. How on heavens earth is someone to apply & do online registrations. I would love to give them a zero rating actually.
