lack of service and professionalism

<p>Unisa is the most horrific institute to work with, they never answer their phones, they never reply to emails and are darn right f**k lazy to do their jobs!, I sent in a refund form in january 2017 to have my monies refunded to me, I faxed and emailled the documents their office and did not here a thing. Two weeks later I sent the documents again only this time i got a response that I had to fill in the exact same form, I filled in the form and the documents required via email and fax and still nothing! I emailed last week quering the status of my refund and was asked to fill in the form again!!! I faxed and emailed the documents through three times, so why must I submitt them again? I emailed Unisa back and told them that the documents where faxed and emailed three times why must I do it again? To date, not one response! Not one phone call. This is how a so called professional entity operates! they do absolutely nothing. I am still waiting for my refund.</p>
