Lack of service

I wrote an email to UNISA asking to transfer my credits and more than 2 weeks ago I have not had one reply. I am trying to complete my degree with UNISA from 2011 and now I am 45 years old and I still want to study with UNISA despite being expelled so abruptly after supporting this institution for so many years. Please can someone assist me.
