LACK OF RESPONSE & APPLICATION PROBLEMS

Good day<br> <br> I have app**** at UNISA beginning of September 2015 for my degree. I did the application via hard-copy. During the period of submitting my application to December 2015, I received no correspondence regarding my application and went to their offices. The response was pathetic. They told me their system was not functioning and I should not worry.<br> <br> I went to register on the 5th of January only to be told that my application was lost!!!! Such bad practise. They re-submitted my application and told me I must wait for the offer. This will take 2 weeks. After 4 weeks I went back only to be told again that they do not see my application on the system and a lady who was helping me emailed head office to confirm where my application was. I still have not heard of them. I have been to their offices in the meantime and the only response I get is: \My hands are tied. I can not help you.\"<br> <br> I have made countless phone calls and emailed countless people, but no one responds. Until today I have heard nothing from UNISA. PATHETIC!!!"
