Lack of response and communication from Unisa on exam query

Hello, could UniSA please answer my emails. I have been emailing you since July with no reply. I have been phoning only to be cut off after two hours of waiting. I have been incorrectly marked as absent on one of my exams and I cannot get a reply from you as to why or how to rectify this... Can Unisa please get back to me......
