Lack of Response

After applying to enroll to study at UNISA in 2016, I received an e-mail to say that my application has been received and I would receive a response within two weeks. To date, I have received no communication whatsoever except an automated response to the many e-mails that have been sent querying the status of my application. I have also requested a student number, as they want it as a reference when corresponding and have not received a response either. The website states that one can track the application's progress via their portal, but how can that be done without a student number? Calling the provided numbers do not help as it either cuts off or is not answered. <br> Is there anyone at UNISA who can help?
